2 Persons - $37,200
3 Persons - $41,820
4 Persons - $46,440
5 Persons - $50,160
6 Persons - $53,880
7 Persons - $57,600
8 Persons - $61,320
Rental Checklist
Copy of unexpired photo I.D.s for ALL members of the Household
Copy of Social Security Cards for ALL members of the Household (Names on Cards must match)
2 Copies of Most Recent Payroll Check Stubs
W2 & 1040 Tax Return from Previous Year
One Copy of the Most Recent Bank Statement for all Saving Accounts for Each Household Member
One Copy of the Most Recent Bank Statement for all Checking Accounts for Each Household Member
Credit Report (Required for all adults in household)
Work Authorizations (CW/VISA) - if Applies to any Household Member
